Pre-registration is suggested in order to insure adequate spacing of students in classes. You may register via email or by text/call Debbie at 60-227-1994. Classes are for all levels with no previous experience necessary. Please click on Schedule for more information about the current cycle including changes of location or cancellation.
Dress in comfortable, loose fitting clothing with layers for temperature control. Flat bottom sneaker type footwear is preferable.
To ensure the health and safety of all class participants, we ask that you do not come to class if you are experiencing even mild symptoms of illness or have been recently exposed to anyone with a respiratory illness. All in person classes at this time will be with masks.
A water bottle is recommended.
Please be sure to let your instructor know if you have any health issues or physical limitations, and check with your health care practitioner before beginning any new exercise program. Exercises can be modified to individual physical limitations if you let the instructor know your need.
Always remember that using new muscle groups may cause some discomfort, but if you are experiencing pain, please stop the exercise and notify your instructor for assistance. When done correctly, Tai Chi should not cause pain.
