No registration is needed for ZOOM classes. The login info is on the Schedule page. You may join whenever it works for you.

Dress in comfortable, loose fitting clothing with layers for temperature control. Flat bottom sneaker type footwear is preferable.
To ensure the health and safety of all class participants, we ask that you do not come to class if you are experiencing e symptoms of illness. If you have recently been exposed to someone who is ill, or if you have travelled by plane, please wear a mask for that week.
A water bottle is recommended.
Please be sure to let your instructor know if you have any health issues or physical limitations, and check with your health care practitioner before beginning any new exercise program. Exercises can be modified to individual physical limitations if you let the instructor know your need.
Always remember that using new muscle groups may cause some discomfort, but if you are experiencing pain, please stop the exercise and notify your instructor for assistance. When done correctly, Tai Chi should not cause pain.
